After reaching the ripe old age of 25, any organization worth its salt wants to do something different. This is why, perhaps for the first time, you might not recognize a few of the names on our panelist roster.  One of the secrets of our success is that every year we gather  together the world's finest writers to speak to a particular theme.  World's finest often equates to name recognition.  This year, we want to present some of the very finest not-so-well-known names—our new voices.  To discover these new voices, we've called upon many of our long-time friends (well loved, "established" writers like Judy Blume, Billy Collins, Annie Dillard, Lee Smith—all of whom were among the most exciting new voices when they set out) to introduce you to some of their favorite new writers.
We are excited to be embarking on this journey into the new world of literature and hope you'll join us. From time to time we'll be adding other /new voices/ to the roster. We have begun to assign panelists to the two sessions as shown here.
